Hendersonville NC Real Estate Blog: This Years Southern Energy and Environment Expo in Asheville

This Years Southern Energy and Environment Expo in Asheville

I just came from the Green Expo at the Ag Center in Asheville and it was great! If you are interested in Green Building or even Green Remodeling and haven't a clue where to start, this is the place for you. It still has 2 more days of opportunity for you. The cost is $10 to get in and it is well worth it!

There are so many vendors there with all kinds of products from home building to solar panels and water heating systems to just fun stuff to play with. Everyone is passing out information on their products and there are some great demonstrations. There are even classes going on throughout the day.

If you want more information check out this link:  www.seeexpo.com

This will give you directions, the times they are open and a list of classes. And don't worry, if you miss it they have it every year about this time. Keep your eyes peeled!

Hi Margaret,

The Expo was really fantastic, so many products to see first hand that you read abput all over the internet. I found a link for your area, check it out! They have already set a date for next year for you to mark on your calendar! It looks great.

I am from all over. My parents moved a lot (Indiana, Florida Ohio, S. Carolina...) I lived in Iowa for 21 years, then traveled for 10 years in search of the perfect community (N. Mexico, Colorodo, Oregon Arizona and Arkansas) before landing here. I guess I should put that in my Bio. Thanks for pointing that out.
