Its a shame that we cant just come on line and see what mobile homes are available in Flat Rock.....Spring Haven MHP ...We lived there for years but had to leave due to illness, however we enjoy coming on line to see what is available now. Its impossible to find anything now that all the realtors are involved. shame...

It is a shame. Actually the Board of Realtors made the decision to no longer allow listing of mobiles on leased land to be listed through out local MLS. It is because they are not real property, but rather DOT property, and we are not lisenced  to sell them without a manufactured home license. So it is not the Realtors but the board who made that decision.
