Keller Williams Realty's New Mobile Website!
Keller Williams Realty has just done it again. They have created a nice website for every single one of their agents, for use on mobile devices. This app is so easy to use, all of your Keller Williams clients are going to love it.
I just spent the last two weeks setting up sites for the agents in the Keller Williams Mountain Partners office in Hendersonville, NC. This is a great competitive edge for the local office.
So How Does It Work?
Agents go to their eAgent C website, and then to the menu on the left. Click on 4.0 to open that menu and then click on 4.5. This will open the page for the Mobile Device set up. There you will find your own personal website address, and if you copy and paste that into a browser window, you can see what the public sees. It will have directions for the download to their device and the code they put into into it to set it up. I set up Cindy Petit, in the Brevard office. Check that out! I also added a link to her website, so she that she can now direct her clients there for the link and directions.
Once someone downloads it and adds your KW code, you are in their mobile device for all of their searches. It brands every listing in your MLS to you.
They can click the 'Search Nearby' button and see the closest 25 homes to where that are standing (or sitting in their car...). The can click on Open Houses and spend a day previewing. They can even look for rentals and then call YOU. There is a very cool draw tool so that they can draw an area to search in, and homes will come up in that area. They can refine the search to their specific criteria.
Ready to Try It?
If you are ready to set it up, look at the bottom of the links in your 4.5 section of the eAgent C site dashboard, and you will see a more info button that will take you to a page with a video, and directions on setting it up. You will also find a slew of ideas for the many ways you can use this new tool at your disposal.
